You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal is not broken.

When the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the return costs from your home to the online shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Warranty

We geven to our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition.

Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that makes you claim warranty.

Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it.

If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide replacement free of charge.

It can always happen that something doesn't quite go as planned.

Then it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/.

From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for EU consumers to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform.

This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
